2 years ago the Natinal Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) started a program to recognize “Marine Industry Certified Dealerships”. This stamp of approval lets you know that we’ve met rigid standards for sales, service, dealer operations, and customer satisfaction. One of the most important ways we know how we’re doing is through customer surveys.
With every new boat sold, we send out a simple survey to ask how we did. After every service, we send out a smaller customer satisfaction survey–6 simple questions to let us know how we’ve done. We want to hear the honest opinions of our customers. We don’t give any incentives for “good” answers. We want to know if we’ve made a mistake; it’s how we know where to improve.
People say “You can’t please every one all the time”. This is true. But we’ve come pretty close! Our customer satisfaction scores are always over 95%. That’s a ranking that we’ve worked hard to acheive, and we work hard to maintain.
For 70 years, you’ve let us know that we’re doing things right. The NMMA agrees with you.
