Don’s Marine in Lodi has a career opportunity for a Parts Associate.
Candidate should have prior parts experience, with marine industry experience preferred. Candidate must have strong customer relations skills, strong organizational skills, and basic computer literacy. The candidate will be primarily responsible for staffing our retail counter, helping customers with parts inquiries, ordering and maintaining inventory, and staffing our UPS shipping desk.

Salary
$25,000 - $40,000 depending on experience.

General Manager/Owner
Responsibilities
- To provide fast and efficient service to the service department with precedent for “over the counter” customers (Reason: Tech’s time is being charged to service customer so they shouldn’t be held up by inquiry customers)
- To maintain reasonable inventory for shop
- To update all parts with current pricing
- To explore vendors and obtain best source of supply
- To submit parts/accessory warranty
- To keep accurate paperwork flow
- To verify that all billing is invoiced and that merchandise is received without overage, shortage, or damage
- To maintain good housekeeping and efficient record system
- To assist with service work order writing
- To assist with UPS shipping
- To assist with answering the phone and distributing calls to the proper departments
- Be willing to assist with any job within your capabilities as a team member
